Selling the potential
Staging your home for sale

Property Staging

Property staging is fundamental to ensure a quick sale and the best price in today’s market. For staging, we choose furniture strategically to create a sense of space and showcase a room’s potential. We have a range of quality furniture and décor that is constantly updated. Our stock is circulated through the warehouse, so no two properties look alike. Our selections are sourced locally and further afield to provide a range of styles to suit a variety of properties.

Property Styling

Property styling adds the ‘feeling’ to a space by adding beautiful, modern furnishings and accessories. Each target market is unique, so our recommendations are tailored to suit individual properties. Using existing colour palettes or creating new ones, our range of décor provides the ‘wow’ factor to a room by enhancing its features. This enables potential buyers to visualise a space and create an emotional response. Presenting the potential of a property in print, online and in person is essential for a quick sale.

Property Services

Preparing a property for sale can be a stressful time. We offer a range of property services, including painting, maintenance, gardening and cleaning, to help get your property ready before it hits the market. We can also advise on areas to focus on to help maximise the value of the sale price.
